The open hands can be used to hold small precious items that have special meaning for you…crystals, a cross, a special token or you get the idea…May you always be blessed with unconditional love and gratitude.  When I went to buy more of the hands, they weren’t carrying them anymore.  This is the last one I have.  I hope they get them back in stock.
