Ratnasambhava
The mudra (hand positions) shown is the varada mudra(the right palm faces outward and the fingers are extended toward the earth.) It is a symbol or gesture of extending help, charity & love. This Buddha is shown offering compassion and protection to his disciples or followers. In the other hand Ratnasabhava is shown holding his symbol the ratna (Jewel or wish-fulfilling jewel) that grants all good and just desires.
