Come join a group meditation and discussion about surviving the holidays.  This event is hosted by Kajora Lovely and serves to help you prepare for the drama and trauma the holidays can bring.

This is a time we traditionally spend with family, which can get complicated depending on our family dynamics.

Reiki Healer and Tarot Reader Kajora Lovely will lead a grounding group meditation, provide some helpful energetic tools, host a discussion about experiences and coping mechanisms, and provide each participant with a small bag of crystals.

This event takes place at Z Fabrique on Thursday November 15.
