Shamanic Journey Gathering
Date:  Thursday – October 25  Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm 

Shamanic journeying is an ancient visionary technique used to enter into the invisible realm of spirit for guidance, healing and personal empowerment.

These classes or Journey circles are for anyone wanting to advance their spiritual path in a powerful and transformative way. If you have never journeyed before or if your are a seasoned journeyer; all are welcome.

Subjects we will explore in the circle are how to:

• Journey
• Meet and communicate with spirit allies and the differences between them.
• Retrieve power animals, their care and your relationship with them.
• Access the Upper, Middle and Lower worlds, what each one is and the protocols.
• Cultivate your relationships with your spirit guides and teachers.
• Journey with intention.
• Request a healing.
• Receive assistance with life issues and personal growth.
• Do journey work on your own.
• Bring back information and knowledge to help you shift how you see the world and yourself.
• Managing energy hygiene.
• And more.

This is an experiential class and a safe space in which we will be working in a group setting, discussing and sharing our insights.

Please bring:

• A bandanna or other eye covering.
• A notebook and pen/pencil to record your journey(s)
• A Blanket, pillow and/or cushion if desired, there will be chairs available as well.
• Water.
• Please Wear comfortable clothing.

Sandra works closely with her spirit guides to assist others on their path to self awareness, and personal empowerment. As a Chumash First Peoples, Sandra has answered her ancestral call to follow in her great grandmother’s footsteps as a medicine woman and walk the path of an energy healer.

She is a certified and initiated member of contemporary Core Shamanic practices by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies as well as a certified Usui and Karuna Reiki Master. With a degree in psychology and certifications in horticultural therapy, social/emotional arts, and therapeutic fiber arts, Sandra has a deep universal purpose to help others unlock their self potential.
