CHAKRA YOGA – A unique journey connecting with our 7 main chakras through the medium of yoga.

Yoga postures, breath work, meditations and hand mudras dedicated to the energy of each chakra

to help us release and balance on all levels; physically, mentally, emotionally and perhaps, even at soul level.

First class on May 4th will include a brief introduction to the chakras and consist of postures for each of the 7 main chakras.

Thereafter, each week will be dedicated to one specific chakra, beginning with the Root Chakra (1st chakra)

 

*Sample set of Chakra essential oils will be available to all students who participate.

If interested in this sample set of essential oils, please email me with your contact information and address.

If local to San Pedro, I will happily deliver to your door (non-contact delivery)

If outside San Pedro you will receive your sample set of oils via USPS. 

Cost will be advised prior to mailing and fee may be paid via Venmo.

I will provide a scanned/emailed receipt for the shipping fee.
