The first crystal I would recommend to protect yourself at work would be selenite. This crystal is known as the “Bringer of Light.” You spend quite a bit of time at work, whether it is in an office, car, or home. You want to make sure your space is clean so you can spend your time doing your job. I consider this an “environmental crystal.” This means it can help everyone in the space. This is an angelic stone of the mind. It dissolves old “junk” that no longer serves us. Selenite is a protective stone. It shields a person or space from outside influences. Use it around your home or office to create a safe and peaceful space.
The second crystal I would recommend to protect yourself at work would be any form of obsidian. One of my favorites is Snowflake Obsidian. It is a stone of purity. I believe it is a gentle shield to protect us from all of the drama going on around us as we heal. It promotes self-confidence & self-esteem. It can help you recognize bad patterns blocking you from being the best you can be.
The third crystal I would recommend to protect yourself at work would be hematite. This is a very grounding and stabilizing stone. It can help you focus on the job that needs to get done. You can block out influences that are preventing you from doing the best job you can. It can help with focus, logic and organization. Remember to keep your sense of humor. It can do you a world of good.

Sources for my information:
I have been interacting with crystals since I was a kid. A lot of information comes from experimenting with the stones.
My first Book about Crystals goes back to the 1980’s. It was: “The Crystal Handbook” by Kevin Sullivan (I still have my original copy…yellowed pages and well-loved. I think you can find this used.)
My Second Book about crystals is: “Love is in the Earth” by Melody (We carry all of her books at the store.)
My favorite picture book is: “The Crystal Bible” by Judy Hall (We carry I, 2 and 3 at the store.)
I also love the internet. You can find great information about the crystals online. I like different sites for different reasons.
Also, you should start to keep your own notebook on how your gems and crystals work for you.
Remember Crystals are not to replace your health care professionals. I believe they should be used in conjuction with your regimen to contribute to your overall wellness.
