Michael The Angel of Protection

When I think of protection, I think of the sword-wielding fierce disposition of the totally “hot” Archangel Michael.  Like the guy is built…right. Feels kind of sacrilegious  thinking that way, but it’s true.

So when people come into the store and ask about items for protection, I like to bring up Archangel Michael. I remember him strongly from my childhood as this fierce warrior that was cutting the head off the dragon.

He is referred to in Judaism, Catholicism and Islam. When I find a historical reference spanning so many cultures & countries it lends itself more credence to me.  I like to combine Archangel Michael  with a Black tourmaline, Obsidian, Snowflake Obsidian or a clear quartz crystal.

How can Michael help you?

Michael is the first Angel created by God, in the likeness of God, Michael is the leader of all the Archangels and is in charge of protection, courage, strength, truth and integrity.  This is the angel that protects you physically, emotionally and psychically.  He also oversees the lightworker’s life purpose.  So for all you doctor’s, nurses, pranic healers, reiki practioners, spiritual healers…well you get the idea. This is the angel for you, especially if you feel drained or tired from working on people all day.

Feeling Fear?

His chief function is to rid the earth and its inhabitants of the toxins associated with fear.  Fear is our Number One enemy. When you come from a place of fear, you reside in the dark. Michael carries a flaming sword that he uses to cut through etheric cords and protects us from “Satan” and negative entities.

 Seeing Blue or Violet Flashes?

Look for flashes of Sky Blue and Violet when he is near you. Call on Michael if you find yourself under psychic attack or if you feel you lack commitment, motivation and dedication to your beliefs, courage, direction, energy, vitality, self-esteem, worthiness.  Michael helps you to realize your life’s purpose and he’s invaluable to lightworker’s helping with protection, space clearing and spiritual release.
