Recipe for a Simple Lotion with 2 Ingredients

1/4 Cup    Coconut Oil (Food Grade) We carry it at the store or you can purchase it at most                              markets.

1/2 tsp. Essential Oil (Try Lavender for soothing or peppermint for a foot lotion or use your own                                      personal favorite) Use more essential oil if you want a stronger fragrance.                                        We carry essential oils & fragrance oils at the store, but they can be found                                        many places.

Melt the coconut oil in the sun, on the stove or in the microwave (just until melted.) Add your essential oil and stir. That’s it. You have a fresh, food grade lotion to put on you skin, which happens to be the largest organ of your body. Store it in a clean, airtight jar.
